In this workshop we will study the origin and development of the Eight Trigrams. Topics to be developed include:

- Basic structure of the trigrams;
- Names, images and associations of the trigrams;
- Previous Celestial Sequence;
- Yin-Yang of the trigrams according to the Yang value of the lines;
- Posterior Celestial Sequence;
- The transformation of the trigrams;
- Members of the family;
- Yin-Yang of the Posterior Celestial Sequence;
- Relationship between Luo Shu and He Tu.
