Francis Leyau was born in 1953, in Malaysia, the son of Chinese parents. From a young age he expressed a deep interest in his cultural roots and began studying yin and yang feng shui at the tender age of 19. His first profession was a chef in the culinary arts, another love of his life that he still pursues today. In 1983 he seeked master Sui Beng, a disciple of Tan Yang Wu at the Kuan Yin temple in Johor Bahru and asked to become his personal student. Upon being accepted ,he entered the Flying Star lineage and started his career as a full time Feng Shui master. He also studied Xuan Kong Da Gua, Bazi and several other arts with different experts.
Master Leyau quickly became a reference in the world of Chinese metaphysics. In the 1990´s he founded the CAFS – Central Academy of Feng Shui, which later proved to be a true Noah´s art in this area. Since then he became the teacher of countless practitioners who in turn have become teachers and masters in their own right. Today he is probably the number one reference for Flying Stars, Xuan Kong Da Gua, Liu Fa and many other arts. Semi retired since 2014, he devotes part of his time to his family (he his married with a son and a daughter), to agriculture and working on his farm. He continues to teach on an occasional basis.
