Sui Beng's most relevant disciple is currently Yi Li Chai, better known by his western name, Francis Leyau. Master Leyau was born on January 16, 1953 in Malaysia, the son of Chinese parents who emigrated to Malaysia. From a young age he expressed a deep interest in his cultural roots and began his studies of yin and yang Feng Shui in 1973 at the age of 19. His first job was as a chef, a profession he pursued while studying with various masters, the different arts of Chinese metaphysics. The love for Chinese cuisine continued throughout his life and continues to this day. It is tradition when he teaches, to cook at least once for his groups of students.

In 1983 at the age of 29, he went to visit master Sui Beng, a disciple of Tan Yang Wu, at the Kuan Yin temple in Johor Bahru. He asked to be adopted as his personal student and to be admitted in the lineage. With the knowledge passed on by Sui Beng, he began a long career as a consultant first and then a teacher. However, he also studied Da Gua for yin zhai with a student of Zen Zi Nan, the great Chinese master who fled to Taiwan after the cultural revolution. However, he never came to study with Zen Zi Nan in person. This in the end turned out to be lucky since Grand Master Zen Zi Nan had a strict policy of confidentiality which forbid teaching the art to others.  Master Leyau quickly became one of the great world references in Xuan Kong Feng Shui and also in yin Feng using Da Gua. His customers include numerous personalities of different nationalities.

In the 90s, he founded CAFS (Central Academy of Feng Shui) in Malacca, which later proved to be a true Noah's Ark for Chinese metaphysics in general and for Feng Shui San Yuan in particular. This is because this culture was almost lost in the second half of the 20th century due to several factors. Currently Master Leyau mentors countless practitioners who in turn have become teachers and masters in their own right. Today he is certainly the number one reference in the world for calculations such as Flying Stars, Xuan Kong Da Gua, Liu Fa and Zi Bai Jue. In Europe his main student is João Borges, director of the Feng Shui Academy. Since 2014 Master Leyau has been semi-retired to devote himself to his other great loves and pursuits, agriculture, cooking and working on his farm. He continues to teach occasionally. He is married and the father of a daughter and a son.
